These Chapters form a community that takes on a variety of programmes and activities, depending on the interest and capacity of the organization. These programmes and activities may include one or more of the following:

Educational development along with Research Program:

As we know today the world is changing very fast so to run with the world’s speed and win the race of work between you and others the only way is to get updated in every field of your work, which is only done by getting education with research method so that we always get new challenges to improve in our field, as we know in today’s curriculum the syllabus of books and knowledge of books is not sufficient as the time taken in releasing a book is that much in which some new inventions are made which make it again a older version, so RES provide scientific and technical research development in rural & urban area, organize seminars, workshops & other programs to impart latest knowledge about healthcare, education and other related fields and publish advertisements and newspaper articles for creating awareness among general public in related fields

Door to Door with RES:

RES provide Educational and Knowledge enhancement with Door-To-Door spreading techniques, which help the community (School, college, Institution, etc.) to gain it’s knowledge and educational requirements on it’s door, they don‘t need to go anywhere regarding educational needs, we will fulfill all there needs in even rural areas also, where latest requirement are not easy to get

Village Educational Project:

RES also work in village and town development , as we know villages are the most important part for development, many of our country people and children belongs to village and unable to get latest and desired education as compared to other parts of country, Despite growing investment in education, 25% of its population is still illiterate, only 15% of Indian students reach high school, and just 7% of the 15% who make it to high school, graduate, so society will help these people and children to get best knowledge with latest educational curriculum by different projects of society which includes faculty development in village schools, proving classrooms and laboratories with latest equipments and also provide them latest books and accessories so they do not feel inferior in front of the children getting education in cities.

Teacher Development Program:

RES also planning for teacher development program to enhance new methodology of teaching with our new generation children to survive in this competitive environment, this include what we can do as a teacher to make sure that we give certain kinds of values to our children? How can we move toward our work so that the outcomes are improved? How can we use our everyday interactions with our colleagues and other professionals in education to make incremental changes? And many other issues we try so sort out in our teacher development program by various teaching professionals and professors of different colleges.
